Back into the studio after an intense week end of teaching.
Looking back at my painting after being away for a couple of days is often a good thing as it allows me to have a fresh eye on it.
I started working on it almost right away, adding some Naples Yellow....
Then, as I thought there was too much yellow, I added new shades of color.
I am curious to see what I will think tomorrow when I arrive at the studio.
I often find this is the toughest part of the process (and the most interesting also) as the painting is well advanced but not done yet... and it is often just a matter of details... and one single dot can unbalance the whole composition.
Lets see what will happen! :-)
