Made it! / Je suis là!
After a whole year planning it, I made it! I arrived in Xiamen, China where I am doing my artist residency at the CEAC (Chinese European Art Center). The trip from Montreal to AMsterdam then Xiamen went like a breeze. Uneventful.
We landed on Canada Day, at 10 am, and were welcome by Lily, the CEAC assistant. She is wonderful, helping in amazing ways. Right away we were taken to our appartment, the place that is going to be my home for the next 2 months.
